Order Changes

• No Modifications Post-Purchase: Once an order has been placed, changes to the product(s), personalization, or shipping details are not allowed.

• We encourage you to double-check all details, including item selection, personalization, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
   

Order Cancellations

• Same-Day Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at lilskycreations@gmail.com on the same day the order was placed.

  • Include your order number, full name, and the reason for cancellation in the email for quicker processing.

• Cancellation requests received after the day of purchase cannot be honored, as your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment.
   

Additional Notes

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started.

• If your order is eligible for cancellation or if you encounter issues, our team will work diligently to assist you.
